The space and lighting were great once we got in!
The email confirmation details/address differed from the texted confirmation details, which we didn't receive until our booking time started. The details didn't include instructions on which floor or door or door number to use for the studio, only the lockbox code and standards for cleanup or putting the key back. All in all, it led to scrambling around trying to find and access the studio. When we tried to call someone to get more information, no one picked up after the initial incomplete details text was sent. It led to 15-20 mins of us having to scramble and figure out which unmarked floor and studio door led to the right studio for our key, and ate into our booked and paid for time. There was also equipment missing from the studio that was listed as included in the confirmation, like a camera connection for the tripod and light stands.
