The customer service was great! Getting answers to questions didn’t take long! I like that you get a different vibe in each studio depending on what you want but there is also equipment you can use for standard photo. Bathrooms were clean and easy to find. Studios could use a bit of regular sweep since they get used often. But over all it was great.
It is a very DIY studio, so if you need to use seamless you need to make your own stands for it but I love all the color selection. The equipment did not have a lot of variety so if your looking to shoot something more complex then it might be difficult. The curtain in the little changing area needs a steam.
