About Optimist Studios

Optimist Studios is a Tagvenue Partner. This business has registered with Tagvenue and agreed to our venue partner standards.

Optimist Studios is a soundstage and event venue on the westside of Los Angeles, five minutes from LAX, at 5441 W 104th St.

Studio X is an 11,000 sq ft blackout-capable stage with a two-wall cyc, ground-level drive-in load-in for vehicles and 600 amps of 3-phase power. Suite X adds 4,000 sq ft of support space: two green rooms with private restrooms, four production offices, a full kitchen and multi-stall restrooms. Every booking includes 20 parking spaces, and the campus takes 120+ cars and several trucks. The private West Lot next door handles outdoor activations, food trucks and vehicle staging.

We host film, TV and photo shoots, product launches and vehicle reveals, brand activations, corporate events, automotive clinics, bar and bat mitzvahs, private parties and galas. Outside catering and vendors are welcome with approval.
