About this space

Studio X is our modern warehouse stage on the westside of Los Angeles: 11,000 sq ft of open, blackout-capable floor plus 4,000 sq ft of support space in Suite X. There are no skylights. You get a two-wall cyc, ceilings from 12' to 20', and a ground-level drive-in load-in that takes vehicles, with 600 amps of 3-phase power (1,800A single-phase after distro).

Suite X gives your team two green rooms with private restrooms, four production offices and a full kitchen. 20 parking spaces are included, and the campus holds 120+ cars and several trucks. We're five minutes from LAX.

Productions use it for film and stills. Brands use it for launches and activations. Every booking comes with a dedicated site rep. Contact us for current rates and availability.
