Beautiful and spacious venue that is well maintained, rented for a birthday party and was allowed to fully customize and decorate the space as I wanted. We had about 120-130 guests with loads of activities and vendors while comfortably filling the space. Three restrooms for guests and easy load in for vendors. Dan was a dream to work with communicated well with myself and coordinator as well as allowed us to walk through and get measurements we needed more than once. Thank you Dan
