Welcome to our mid century modern, custom built, luxurious production space on Skid Rokyo (between the Arts District, Little Tokyo and Skid Row in downtown Los Angeles). By far, the most exclusive and versatile hide out in downtown Los Angeles.
Tucked away on Ceres Ave, this 5000 sq ft DTLA warehouse has been built out into a boutique creative work & living space.
