The studio features painted exposed brick, wooden flooring, and a curtained wall. It includes two skylights, which may be used for natural light or covered for lighting control. The rental includes access to a downstairs bathroom.
Studio B is suitable for video production, photography, talent holding, music and lecture events, galleries, gatherings, and film screenings.
All setup and teardown activities must be included within the booked rental period. Time slots should be selected based on total time requirements.
Street parking is available. Load-in space can be arranged upon request.

Please do not dump large trash items (furniture, set pieces etc...) outside the space. Only trash bags that fit in dumpster. Boxes must be folded and can be left inside. Please bag recycle separately.
Space is to be left as it was found.
No alcohol outside the building under any circumstances.

About Green Lung Studio
Green Lung Studio is a versatile industrial video production and photography space in Brooklyn's favorite legendary neighborhood Red Hook. With almost 1500 sq feet of shootable space and two different spaces, this space is perfect for video production, photography, holding, music and lecture events as well as galleries and film screenings.
Any and all set up and tear down times must be included in the rental. Please be sure to request a time slot based on all your needs.
Street Parking is available and a load in space can be secured by request.
