Our thoughtfully designed content studio is a source of inspiration, featuring practical amenities tailored to both creative professionals and their clients. It encompasses a dedicated hair & makeup salon, private workspace, a kitchenette, and generous shooting areas.

The studio effortlessly transitions from a blank canvas to a versatile lifestyle setting, providing the perfect atmosphere to bring your creative vision to life.

Please note that pricing is based off of our Standard Rates (Monday - Friday from 7AM - 7PM with under 30 guests). Any bookings that take place outside of these hours, exceed 30 guests, or any events are subject to different rates.

INSURANCE:
All photo and video productions over 10 people are required to present production insurance 3 days prior to the shoot date. Some exceptions may apply. Insurance requirements for productions under 10 people are subject to shoot details.

All events, no matter the size, are required to submit event insurance 3 days prior to your booking date.

- No smoking
- No pets without prior authorization
- No glitter, sand, confetti, feathers, faux moss, petals, smashed cake, paint splashes, smashed glass, fake snow, soil without prior authorization
- No parties - small events welcome
- No guns or drugs
- Set builds must be approved prior to construction

Amazing experience, more than I expected! Stylish, modern, very spacious, open concept layout which was perfect for my photoshoot / event. Literally had everything we needed, appreciated the hospitality leading up to event plus the support on day of shoot. Would def book again soon!

SK Studios were amazing partners for our event. We hosted a photoshoot party where we hired 2 professional photographers to take headshots and group portraits for ~45 attendees. The space was perfect for our event with ample room for 2 studio backdrops, food, drinks, and even a cute "green room." Throughout the process, Spencer and Emily were very responsive and accommodating, being flexible with some of our shipments and last minute needs/requests. We recommend working with them and would definitely rent their venue again for another event of our own.
