• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas, including the Hookah lounge.
• Outside catering is permitted. Guests are responsible for coordinating all catering services and cleanup.
• Alcohol consumption is allowed but must comply with local laws.
• Decorations are welcome but must not damage walls, furniture, or fixtures. No confetti, glitter, or open-flame candles.
• Guests are expected to treat the space with care. Any damage to the property or amenities will result in additional charges.
• Stay within the agreed-upon guest capacity for your booking. Overcrowding is not permitted.
• All events must conclude by the end of the booked time. Overtime may incur additional charges.

Owner was very responsive leading up to the event and the staff was amazing on the day of except for one hiccup.

The one wrinkle is that I booked the venue at 6:30pm-8:30pm, to cover set-up time in the onset and the conclusion of the event, but my event (which was ticketed) was not start scheduled to start until 7pm. Unfortunately, since there was a storm a many people who bought tickets to my event didn't make it until 30 min after my booking time. I talked with the staff about starting late and they continually said "you're fine." once the event started (at 7:30pm) everything was good, but then at 8:15 some other people started coming in their room with instruments. I questioned this and their response was that they had an event at 8:30pm and that they were told they could come and set-up early. Then, instead of being able to close my event out properly, I had to spend several minutes trying to straighten this out with the group and their staff. Since I paid for 2 full hours, why would they be told they could enter the space and set-up during my booking time? That seemed very odd and not very respectful.

We held our engagement party here and had an AMAZING time! Everyone was so kind from the start and helpful in planning. We brought in our own catering and worked with the venue to have drinks provided by them. They also made delicious batches of hibiscus tea and lemonade! Everything was clean and tidy, and everyone was kind to us as a LGBTQ couple. This place feels like an absolute STEAL for the area, and I would gladly host another event here.
