Space features
An open loft-style space with tall ceilings, painted brick walls and neutral finishes. Daylight fills the interior, producing soft, even illumination suitable for photography and film.
Room features: Photo equipment is supplied for stills and motion work, and reliable Wi‑Fi supports tethering and uploads. Air conditioning maintains a controlled environment for long sessions, and on-site storage and accessible toilets support crew needs.
Best for: Product and portrait photography, small-scale film and video shoots, and intimate live performances or screening events.
What sets it apart: An on-site PA system provides sound reinforcement and playback for small screenings or live performances.
Please do not dump large trash items (furniture, set pieces etc...) outside the space. Only trash bags that fit in dumpster. Boxes must be folded and can be left inside. Please bag recycle separately.
Space is to be left as it was found.
No alcohol outside the building under any circumstances.

Studio B includes a built-in DJ booth. Aside from that, there is no designated DJ stand, but you’re welcome to bring your own setup.
Studio A has Electro-Voice ZLX-15P-G2 speakers, an Electro-Voice ELX200-18SP subwoofer and a Midas M32 soundboard.
