About this space

Sky Light Brooklyn Loft is an industrial-style facility located in the Red Hook neighborhood. It offers approximately 1,500 square feet of space suitable for video production, photography, and other creative events. The loft includes two separate areas that can be used for various purposes such as filming, photography, live music, lectures, art displays, and screenings. The space contains two private bathrooms and a preparation room.

All setup and teardown must be included within the reserved rental time. Time slots should be requested to accommodate the full duration of use.

Street parking is available. Load-in space can be arranged upon request.

Please do not dump large trash items (furniture, set pieces etc...) outside the space. Only trash bags that fit in dumpster. Boxes must be folded and can be left inside. Please bag recycle separately.

Space is to be left as it was found.

No alcohol outside the building under any circumstances.

About Green Lung Studio

Green Lung Studio is a versatile industrial video production and photography space in Brooklyn's favorite legendary neighborhood Red Hook. With almost 1500 sq feet of shootable space and two different spaces, this space is perfect for video production, photography, holding, music and lecture events as well as galleries and film screenings.

Any and all set up and tear down times must be included in the rental. Please be sure to request a time slot based on all your needs.

Street Parking is available and a load in space can be secured by request.
