Venue Rules

• No smoking anywhere on premises
• Leave the space in the same condition you found it
• All booking details must be finalized 7 days prior
• Event host must be 21+
• Furniture/decor may be moved and must be returned exactly as found

• No adhesives or wall attachments
→ No 3M hooks, adhesive strips, tape, pins, glue, or hanging devices
→ Only blue painter’s tape (or equivalent) permitted
→ All residue must be removed — paint/surface damage will be charged

• Smoke/fog machines must be WATER-BASED only
→ Oil-based or non-water machines strictly prohibited
→ Violations = cleaning fees & damage charges

• Security cameras record lobby, studio, ballroom, and staircase
→ Cameras cannot be turned off or covered

• No recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms

Failure to follow rules may result in fees or removal without refund.

Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
