The Loft New York is a beautifully maintained dance studio and creative space in Lower Manhattan designed for rehearsals, workshops, classes, productions, and thoughtfully curated gatherings.

With approximately 1,750 square feet of open ballroom space, mirrored walls, and flexible lighting, the studio offers a clean and versatile environment suited for movement based work, creative productions, and intimate events.

As a working dance studio, rehearsals and movement based bookings are central to what we do. Our standard rate is $125 per hour, and preferred rates are available for dance and rehearsal focused use.

The space is especially well suited for:

• Dance rehearsals and classes
• Yoga and movement workshops
• Photo and video shoots
• Corporate meetings and presentations
• Intimate performances and curated gatherings

Because we operate on a tight schedule with ongoing programming, confirmed end times are firm. We are happy to help you plan timing to ensure a smooth event.

Conduct
• Guests are responsible for the behavior of all attendees.
• The studio must be treated with care and respect at all times.
• No excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or activities that violate building policies.

Cleanliness
• The space must be returned in the condition it was received.
• All decorations, trash, and personal items must be removed before the end of the reservation.
• Damage to floors, mirrors, walls, or equipment will result in repair charges.

Alcohol and Music
• Alcohol must be disclosed in advance and must comply with all local regulations.
• DJs, live music, or amplified sound must be approved in advance.
• Volume must remain at a reasonable level appropriate for a mixed use building.

Enforcement
• Failure to follow house rules will result in loss of future booking privileges and may be reported to the booking platform.
