This studio offers beautiful NYC views, with classic wood floors, a full mirrored wall, and over 2,100 sq. ft. of open space, perfect for large group workouts, yoga and movement classes, rehearsals, creative workshops, events, fashion shows, and both video and photo shoots. This is a 3rd-floor walk-up in a historic building with no elevator access.

- No smoking in the building or in the space.
- Guests should leave the space in the condition they find it.
- We will need to discuss all the details 7 days before the session.
- 21+
- Furniture and decorations may be moved.
- Smoke machines are allowed.
- Nudity is allowed.
- Security recording cameras with full coverage of the space located in the lobby, studio, ballroom, and staircase. Cameras cannot be turned off, and you may not cover them for liability reasons.
- Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited.

About The Loft New York
Located in Chinatown, our bright and flexible 2,100 sq. ft. studio is the perfect space for a wide range of activities, such as fitness classes, wellness workshops, theater and dance rehearsals, content creation, or intimate events, featuring a parquet dance floor, a mirrored wall, sound system, and plenty of natural light. It also comes fully equipped with yoga mats, resistance bands, and a projector/screen for classes or productions.
It can hold up to 75 people standing, features climate control (A/C & heating), two restrooms for convenience, and since it is located at 16 Pell Street, it's just a few minutes away from major subway lines, with local eateries and city energy right outside the door.
