PASTRY LAB / BAKERY LAB / COFFEE STORE - all brand new - with top quality equipment (rack oven, proofer, kitchen tables, mixers, bread oven, walk-in fridge, freezers, fryer, kitchen industrial vent). Very spacious and full of light.
You can see through windows but they can't see you from the outside. The lab is L shaped, so it can provide long views and very different points of view. The Laboratory is on a street that provides views on Manhattan and it's in front of a public park. If you have a drone you can take amazing shots.
