About this space
This is the main area of the warehouse. It can fit up to 30 guests. This space has 2 large couch areas in the living room that can seat 6 people, along with 2 extra chairs and a 65 in TV.
This space comes with 2 large bathrooms and 2 showers. A full size kitchen with 4 seats available with large island you can use for catering. The kitchen is fulling stocked with any and all kitchen utensils you may use, and a functioning sink.
This space also comes with a large table that can seat 10 guests for hosting.
The last part of this space comes with a ping pong table guests may use while they are there.
This space has a large metal door you can use to share the space with the outdoor area as well. Outdoor area has a grill and seating for 4-6 people with an outdoor fire pit.
You can bring in food trucks to serve guests through our large metal gate as well.

*No Smoking inside the property. There will be a $250 cleaning fee added on to your booking if you smoke.
*Back bedrooms are for overnight stays (which do cost more per/night) these rooms are not to be used or messed with. An additional $200 fee will be charged if these rooms are messed with in anyway.
* Noise:
We want you to have a good time and enjoy the Luxe Warehouse, but we ask that you keep all noise down after 10pm on the weekdays and midnight on Friday and Saturday so that the neighbors can get some sleep.
* Parking:
Take advantage of the ample onsite parking inside the gate. Be sure not to block the neighbors’ cars or block driveways or sidewalks.
* Garbage:
Please be sure to separate garbage in the 2 garbage cans next to the counter. The clear blue garbage bag is designated for recyclable waste.
* Confetti:
Absolutely no metallic, holographic confetti or confetti balloons of any kind. This presents a choking hazard for dogs. Using confetti will result in forfeiting the security deposit. There are extra garbage bags under the kitchen sink. If you need larger heavy duty garbage bags, please request these from your host.
* Pets: 2 Max - $35 pet fee/per pet
We welcome you and your furry family members. We have provided a Purple® dog bed, water bowls and a pet station with treats and other convenient pet products.
We have sofa covers in case your pooch is a couch cuddler. Please be sure to use these.

About Luxe Warehouse
The Luxe Warehouse is a historic 1940's vintage warehouse located in downtown Dallas. The steel truss frame warehouse has been converted into a unique lodging experience with accommodations for up to 30 guests. The renovation of the warehouse was featured on CNBC's Cash Pad in 2019 and the interior design was done by The Bachelorette's Season 13, Jojo Fletcher, her fiancé Jordan Rodgers and the amazing design and build team with CNBC.
The chef inspired kitchen, dining and living spaces embrace the industrial look and feel of the building's 1940's munitions factory origin. The Luxe Warehouse has an outdoor patio space with cafe style lighting. This is the only space designated for smoking on the property. We have a no smoking or vaping policy in and around the Luxe Warehouse. The entire property is completely fenced and gated with a street facing electronic access gate door with a unique gate code for every guest or group.
The unique historical nature of the warehouse and the design of the living space allows for a lodging experience where the kitchen, dining and living areas are very open with access to the outdoor spaces. The entire space is insulated and climate controlled for your comfort, but you’ll also notice the steel exterior walls have scars from its many years and various uses where insulating these surfaces would alter the historical aesthetic, thus making the space very porous to the outside elements.
The Cedars neighborhood and the City of Dallas offer many entertainment opportunities on the weekend. Lee Harvey's is a nearby live music venue that has weekend outdoor evening performances throughout the summer with shows usually ending around 1 AM on Friday and Saturday nights.
