About this space

Our studio offers a full space exclusively for your event, featuring a private bathroom and two small storage areas for your use.

We also provide 5 folding tables and up to 30 chairs for each event, which are stored and should be returned to their original place after your event. Please remember to include set up and tear downtime in your reservation, as we want to make your event planning process smooth and efficient at our studio.

Host rules

Only use the studio during purchased rental period and utilize sent pin pad code to enter. Reservation begins at the start of the purchased rental time and renter must be out of the Studio at the end of the purchased rental period. The number of booked hours describes the time of the rental period, including set up and tear down -- no extra time is given. Renter may not sublease the Studio to any third party.

Damage and Cleaning.
Renter will leave the studio as it was found. All backdrops and furniture will be returned to their original place and all trash (including balloons and decorations) will be thrown away and taken out to the dumpster across the street. Candles must be in holders that prevent wax from dripping on surfaces. Nails, tacks, or staples may not be used in the walls. No confetti is allowed. Any item left behind is able to be thrown away and a charge may be added due to the owner's discretion.

Renter agrees to be considerate of the regular walls or other furniture to avoid any damage.

Move all furniture and equipment with care to avoid scratching on the floor (refrigerator and Bluetooth Speaker not to be moved). Leave the Studio and all fixtures in the same condition from when the renter arrives. All items brought to the Studio by renter are to be removed by renter. If the Studio is not in the same condition after rental time, Renter agrees to pay, if applicable, a minimum of $300 cleaning fee. - Renter agrees to the possible charge of any damaged items, walls, or extra time utilized.

For premises/property damages (furniture, floor, building, etc.), renter agrees to pay total repair costs selected at Studio V + V owner's discretion.

Restrictions.
Renter agrees to keeping music to a considerate level due to the residential area the studio is located. NO DJS OR PERSONAL SOUND SYSTEMS/SPEAKERS.

No smoking/confetti is allowed in the Studio.

All renters under 18 years old will need to be supervised by an adult.

Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
