🚇MikSpace photo studio - 75 Stewart ave - 4 min walking from Jefferson Ave subway station (L-Train) - 15 min from Union Square.
💣Absolutely gorgeous corner BRIGHT SUNNY 425sqf 13ft ceiling space.
💛2 huge 10ft Windows facing east and south.
☀️Direct sunlight on the white sofa before 11am, Direct sunlight on backdrops from sunrise to 1pm.
🌑If you would like to cover the light - we have WHITE curtains that block about 60% of light (NOT BLACK OUT)
🎬Minimalistic BoHo style interior design.
🤍💝💙 3 x Different Collapsible Backdrops.
🔥Painted concrete floor
💡You can also add to your reservation Make up studio in the same building - $15/hr (2 hrs min)
⚡️Photography gear NOT INCLUDED - to provide fresh layout to your ideas. You can add video & photo equipment in add-ons

You will be provided with 2 access codes that allow you to gain access to the studio.
Also after booking you will get video instructions
- How to get into the building and find the studio.
List of Equipment included:
- 1 x Steamer
- 1 x Wall Mounted Clothes Rack for 10 hangers
- 3 x Different Style Collapsible Backdrops - you can move them to side - like on photo.
If you need to use the freight elevator, please let me know a couple of days in advance so I can arrange it for you. You will be provided with special instructions and a special fob for the freight elevator. It might take up to 15 min to find the freight elevator. Fee for Freight Elevator access $5. Please add it in the Add-ons.
🎤 I can't guarantee that you will record clear audio in this space. Studio Is not sound proof .Usually It's pretty quiet in this studio, sometimes you can hear my clients who book studio next to this. Windows facing to Stewart ave street, it's quiet street.
-Cancellation/rescheduling is possible only until 7 days before the booking date.

About MikSpace - Stewart Ave
We offer a number of spaces as photo studios in loft buildings in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Our spaces include cycloramas as well as spaces with paper and muslin backdrops. All of our spaces have massive windows, high ceilings (12 ft to 16ft high) and are of 500 sq. ft to 1300 sq. ft in size. All of our spaces come with two flash strobes and an air trigger remote included. More gear is available as add-ons.
