You can control color of every spotlight & lights with vertical lines (6 lines). More 25 different colors options available.

We have AC in space - so you will get fresh air.

Smoking & Alcohol is not allowed fee $300!!! NO SMOKING!!!
You will get portable speaker that you can use.

* PLEASE RESPECT THE OTHER TENANTS. NO LOUD MUSIC OR SMOKE WILL BE ALLOWED. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IF I RECEIVE A COMPLAINT ABOUT NOISE.

General Rules
-All booking start and end times are inclusive of set-up and clean-up time. Please take that into consideration when you make the booking. (To avoid extra fees please enter the space at the prescribed starting time and vacate the space 5 min before the end of your booking time).
-No smoking, vaporizers, smoke/fog machine in the building. Penalty Fee $200
-No confetti, glitter, feathers, faux moss, smash cake, paint splashes, broken glass, ashes, fake snow, soil, sand, petals allowed. Penalty Fee $300
-No guns, drugs on the premises. Penalty Fee $300
-No Drinking Alcohol on the premises. Penalty Fee $300.
-Don’t lose the Bathroom Fob. Fee $100
-No tape on the walls.
-Don't cut our paper backdrops. Fee $20.

🎤 You will not be able to record clear sound in this studio

-Cancellation/rescheduling is possible only until 7 days before the booking date
-For some bookings (large groups shoots, late nights, weekends, etc.) a $200 Deposit is required (Zelle, Cash App) - it's fully refundable in the next 1-2 days if no damages/rules violation occur during the booking.
