🌇Great soft natural light all day (windows are facing north) with Manhattan skyline view. We do have regular roller shades (not blackout) - they block up to 60% of daylight.
🚀Studio is located on the 2nd floor, Elevator works 24/7 (wheelchair access).
🌡Central HVAC system - nice temperature all the time.
🚇MIkSpace photo studio - 4 min walking from Jefferson st subway station (L-Train) - 15 min from Union Square.
🥐Great area - best coffee, pizza, groceries around. 🚗Easy to find place for parking.

🚨All backdrops are free to use as backgrounds only. +$20 per seamless pull/color. Seamless pull: pulling the paper all the way under your feet where you step on it. One Seamless Pull is up to 6 ft long. Please add this with your booking in the Add-ons section if you need to pull the paper under your feet. Please do not cut paper backdrops yourself - fee $20.
You will be provided with 2 access codes that will allow you to gain access to the studio.
The first code will allow you to gain entry into the building. The second code will allow you to gain entry into the studio space and will only work during your scheduled booking times.

Host rules
-All booking start and end times are inclusive of set-up and clean-up time. Please take that into consideration when you make the booking. (To avoid extra fees please enter the space 5 min before the booking time and vacate the space 5 min before the end of your booking time).
-No smoking, vaporizers, smoke/fog machine in the building. Penalty Fee $500!
-No confetti, glitter, feathers, faux moss allowed.
-No alcohol, drugs, smoking on the premises. Penalty Fee $500!
-Do not put water, liquids, glue, tape on the CYC wall surface.
-No cutting paper backdrops by yourself.
-Street parking only.

About MikSpace - Stewart Ave
We offer a number of spaces as photo studios in loft buildings in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Our spaces include cycloramas as well as spaces with paper and muslin backdrops. All of our spaces have massive windows, high ceilings (12 ft to 16ft high) and are of 500 sq. ft to 1300 sq. ft in size. All of our spaces come with two flash strobes and an air trigger remote included. More gear is available as add-ons.
