-All booking start and end times are inclusive of set-up and clean-up time. Please take that into consideration when you make the booking. (To avoid extra fees please enter the space 5 min before the booking time and vacate the space 5 min before the end of your booking time).
-No smoking, vaporizers, smoke/fog machine in the building. Penalty Fee $500!
-No confetti, glitter, feathers, faux moss allowed.
-No alcohol, drugs, smoking on the premises. Penalty Fee $500!
-Do not put water, liquids, glue, tape on the CYC wall surface.
-No cutting paper backdrops by yourself.
-Street parking only.

I appreciated how responsive Mikalai was whenever I had questions about accessing the unit or using equipment. I also appreciated how proactive he was in creating Youtube tutorials to easily show how to use certain things within the studio. It was also very helpful that the softboxes were already assembled when we arrived so we didn't have to take time out to build the set. The remote-controlled seamless backdrops were also very handy!

I had such a pleasant experience with Mikalai! I needed a last-minute studio space to shoot headshots, and this was so perfect for my needs. Not only was he super quick to reply throughout the entire booking/reservation window, but the studio itself was well-maintained and very easy to use. Incredible value for the money, I will surely be back! Thank you!
