About this space
Welcome to Studio 125 by 503DTLA! Recently upgraded, this studio offers a white cyclorama (cyc) wall and comes with free lighting and equipment. It’s just minutes from the Grand and Montrose L Train metro stops, featuring north-facing windows that flood the space with natural light. Additional amenities include air conditioning and heating, a motorized paper backdrop station, Bluetooth speaker, textured backdrop station with all colors available free, and a cozy living room set.
For your convenience, the studio also includes a professional hair and make-up vanity, changing room, blackout curtains, mirror, clothing rack, steamer, stool, and keypad entry. It’s located just three blocks from CSI Rentals in Brooklyn.
Lighting and equipment provided free with your rental include:
- Nanlite Forza FS300 LED Continuous Light
- Westcott FJ400 Strobe (please bring your own trigger or purchase one as an add-on; additional strobes available)
- Two Neewer 60W RGB LED Video Lights
- Phottix softboxes in various sizes (26”, 47” deep, 32” x 47”)
- Snoot, 43” diameter reflectors (translucent, silver, gold, white, and black)
- Neewer clamshell reflector, V flats, C-stands, stationary stands
- AV cart, sandbags, apple boxes, and a 3-step ladder
Guests are welcome to eat in the first-floor meeting room (if available) or the courtyard. All lighting, equipment, and furniture must remain inside the studio at all times. Common areas are off-limits for production use unless approved in advance by the host.
Please note that while the building is usually quiet, studio walls are not soundproof, and nearby tenants may occasionally be heard.

Please note that some rules can be waived by purchasing rule waivers as an add-on.
Shoe Covers are provided and must be worn on the Cyc Wall by all guests EXCEPT TALENT WHILE SHOOTING.
Do not step or put anything on the bottom curved portion of the Cyc Wall.
If you arrive late for your booking and the Guest before you stays late, then you are not eligible for a refund or extra time for the time when you were not in the studio.
If you arrive for your booking and the previous Guest is still there, then please ask them to leave. Call our Guest Concierge if you are having trouble with the Guest.
Guests must clean and reset the space after their booking.
Guests must take all excess trash that does not fit into the trash with them before they leave.
Do not cut backdrop paper without permission. We will charge for any tears or rips to the backdrops.
Do not retract backdrop on motorized rack beyond the red arrow. It will get stuck.
NO GLITTER OR CONFETTI!
No Smoking
No Alcohol: Purchase add-on to waive this rule.
No Animals or Pets: Purchase add-on to waive this rule.
Do Not Move Furniture without permission. Purchase add-on to waive this rule.
No congregating in the front of the location.
Do Not Step On V-Flats
Do Not Disturb Neighbors: The booking will be canceled without a refund if you receive a noise complaint or if the neighbors communicate a disturbance to the host.
No loud music.
No Eating/Drinking: Water is allowed. Purchase add-on to waive this rule. You can eat on the benches outside for free.
Notify host before booking if you are planing a sexually explicit shoot.
Host reserves the right to charge a fine of up to $250 for any rules that are broken.
Your booking will be canceled without a refund if you violate any of these rules. The host also reserves the right to charge a fee after your booking if any of these rules are violated. Please ask the host if there are any rules that you would like waived.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
