Host rules
Clean up after every session. This includes floors, walls, windows, bathroom, kitchen area, etc.
If you damage the walls or space in any way, you are responsible for the repairs. Failing to do so may result in loss of your studio deposit or an invoice containing a separate cleaning or repairs fee.
No smoking in the building.
No alcohol allowed after 8pm.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
About Spikes Contemporary
Spikes Contemporary Studio was founded in November 2020 by Atlanta-based artists and designers, Shrodrick Spikes and Diamond Sands. They wanted a space they could use for personal projects while providing a space for other creatives to create in.
We want to exemplify that black creativity is not a monolith, to engage the community through art events and programs and lastly to give creatives a beautiful, contemporary platform they deserve.
