Welcome to Urban Oasis Bed and Breakfast! We provide our guests at the Urban Oasis Bed and Breakfast with a different way to experience modern southern living in a loft right in the middle of this city.
Our interior and garden areas will amaze you with their extravagant yet natural look. The interior has 30-foot wood plank ceilings and is furnished with comfortable, tropical decor. People enter this former warehouse and are transported to another time and place. We wanted to create a space where everyone will feel at ease and at home, where they can draw inspiration and spend time with friends and family.
Prices
ADDITIONAL HOURS:
Monday -Friday (9am-5pm) - 225 $
Monday- Thursday (after 5pm)- 250$
Friday- Saturday - 350$
Sunday- 325$
Since the event is likely to disturb other non-related guests of the Bed and Breakfast the rooms must also be rented for the nights of the event or in the case of a weekend, two nights.
The individual per night room rates for the three queen bedrooms:

Amanda’s $215
Robyn’s $195
The total cost of renting the three guest rooms for both Friday and Saturday nights is $1,240 plus 8% tax.
Cost of a Six-Hour Event on Friday or Saturday*
Six Hour Event Rental Base Cost: $2,550
Three Guest Room Rental for two nights $1240
Total: $3,790 plus 8% tax = $4,093.20 (additional hours for the event are $350 each, plus tax)
Note: 2-hours for set-up and 1-hour for break-down and clean-up are included in your event rental fee. If you require more time please include that in your calculations.
