Allowed events
Host rules
1. Shoes are not allowed in venue.
2. External Catering is allowed. Catering and delivery services must be delivered within the timeslot of your event.
3. A security deposit of $150 will be required for the booking.
4. Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the event space and in all corridors. Non-compliance with this rule will result in the immediate cancellation of the event and forfeiture of your deposit.
5. Refrain from excessively loud music, shouting, or rowdy behavior. Keep music at acceptable volumes. All activities should be confined to the event space. Complaints or police involvement may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
6. Any form of sexual activity or drug use is strictly prohibited.
7. In the case of vomit found within the venue, shared public spaces or corridors, an additional cleaning fee will apply. Additional cleaning fees may be imposed if the walls/furnishing are dirty due to food or liquid consumption, mud stains, or any other introduced debris.
8. Refrain from using strong mounting tapes, nails, glue, or any adhesive that may damage surfaces or be difficult to remove. Additional charges may apply for reinstatement.
9. Charges apply for any damage or loss of items. In the event that the cost of repairing or replacing any damages item(s) is in excess of the security deposit, renter has to bear the full cost.
10. Leave the event space on time unless prior confirmation has been sought. Additional charges may apply for overstaying.
11. Before you leave, kindly ensure all trash are disposed in the provided bins and food stains are wiped off. Please also move the furniture back to its original position before leaving the venue.
12. Please ensure that all air con and lights are switched off and the door is securely locked upon leaving and returning the space.
13. Please ensure that all belongings have been taken after leaving the space. We will not be responsible for any of your loss of belongings.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
