- Do treat this place like your own home, care for it as you would your home.
- Please clear up after use or an additional $80 cleaning fee will be imposed. Trash must be double bagged and brought to the main bin area. If the floor is dirty due to food and liquid consumption, mud stains, or any other introduced debris, please use a mop or broom to clean up. The vacuum cleaner can be used, but shall not be for vomitus or food/liquid spills. Leaky trash bags will incur additional cleaning fees.
- No excessively loud music, shouting or rowdy behaviour. Keep all noise level down after 10pm as there are other operators within the building and residents nearby.
- All activities are to be kept within the rented space only. Should any complains and trespassing notice arise or should the police be activated, your deposit will be forfeited.
- Damaged and/or lost equipment will incur replacement and/or restoration fees.
- No smoking, e-cigarette or shisha within the unit. Triggering of smoke detectors will result in forfeiture of deposit.
- No sexual activities or drug use.
- Partial refund if cancelled from anytime till 21 days before event date - refund of security deposit and $150 cleaning fee only. No refund if cancelled with less than 21 days to the event.
