The communication prior to booking and during the 3 days of hiring the meeting room was easy and smooth. Throughout my time there I was so delighted with the warmth and care given by staff members from the events team to dining. The room was clean, well set up and all required equipment provided.

The fire alarm / smoke alarm testing that did disrupt us on one of the days but honestly it wasn't a real big deal

The room was clean and tidy, with our signage making it easy to find. Love having coffee/tea machine in the room and the staff had kindly provided a large dispenser of cold water. Ordering food was easy and was brought to the meeting room. Parking is discounted and reasonable for the area.

Toilets are quite a distance from the room, but that cannot be helped.

Very prompt communication in preparation. Uncomplicated processes and great support on site. We enjoyed the food at the bar instead of catering in the room. Easy to reach from the airport - shuttle bus takes 25 min as it serves other Hotels as well, but cab takes 5 min.

Communicating with Atlanta was really easy and welcoming, no questions were too much. As a small business they were so accommodating and supportive. Atlanta and the rest of the team- very warm, welcoming.
