East Terrace at Setlist
About this space
The East Terrace is an open-air space for up to 100 guests. We offer a relaxed riverside setting with the iconic backdrop of Somerset House. It is ideal for informal events. The terrace can be styled with large parasols, planters, poser tables, or bench seating, with the option to add a pop-up bar on request.
Please note the East Terrace is hired as an outdoor space only. However, you can opt to add access to the adjoining indoor bar through private doors. It allows guests to move freely between indoor and outdoor areas if desired. Including the semi-private indoor space (up to the end of the kitchen) increases capacity to up to 200 guests.

Prices
* A 25% deposit and signed contract are required to confirm all exclusive or semi-exclusive bookings.
* No booking is confirmed without a deposit.
* The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before the event.
* For bookings made within 4 weeks of the event date, full payment is required upon confirmation.

Guests under 18 are not allowed after 20:00
Host rules
- Under 18s allowed until 8 pm only.
- Dogs are allowed.
- For exclusive hires, a minimum of 250 guests is required. If the selected space does not accommodate that number, the minimum spend equivalent to the full capacity will still apply, regardless of actual guest count.
