West Terrace at Setlist
About this space
The West Terrace is a semi-private open-air space with standing room for up to 250 guests. It overlooks Waterloo Bridge. It is an ideal spot for spring and summer events, lightly covered by sail canopies. Enjoy a beautiful riverside view with added privacy from the main bar.
The terrace comes with dedicated table service and the option to add a mobile bar. Standing tables, stools, and informal bench seating can be arranged to suit your group. Leafy planters can also be provided to add a fresh touch. Speakers carry music from the bar, keeping the vibe upbeat. Perfect for drinks receptions, casual socials, and sunset gatherings. Semi-exclusive hire is also available for smaller groups.

Guests under 18 are not allowed after 20:00
Host rules
- Under 18s allowed until 8 pm only.
- Dogs are allowed.
- For exclusive hires, a minimum of 250 guests is required. If the selected space does not accommodate that number, the minimum spend equivalent to the full capacity will still apply, regardless of actual guest count.

About Setlist
Setlist is a high-energy riverside venue at Somerset House. Across its indoor bar and two open-air terraces, guests can enjoy views of the Thames.
Setlist celebrates collaboration. We often host food pop-ups with diverse chefs and rotating drink menus created by top bartenders. Its entertainment calendar includes live music Thursday through Saturday, immersive art installations, and a sound system wired throughout all spaces.
The venue is dog- and family-friendly by day (18+ after 8 pm), with a no-hire-fee policy for most bookings. It's accessible and easily reached via Temple, Covent Garden, Embankment, or Waterloo stations. For a party, product launch, or rooftop social, Setlist offers a strong visual identity, professional event support, and AV equipment across all spaces.
