Host rules
- Client to provide as follows: Final guest list to be provided no later than 2 days prior to the event.
- Host to be at the entrance to the venue – checking the guest list as guests arrive. Door host is a venue requirement.
- Additional Security – one officer per 50 guests. Details of security to be provided by the client no later than two days prior.
Deliveries:
Please be aware that any deliveries need to be made via the Hosier Lane loading bay entrance between the hours of 10:00 and 16:00, Monday to Friday. Deliveries to be made no earlier than three days prior to the event and collections to be made no later than one day after the event. Any items left at the venue for more than three days after the event to be disposed of by the venue. Deliveries to be clearly labelled with details of the event, date and contact at the venue. All dates and timings for deliveries must be discussed with the events team prior to the event. Please be aware that we have limited storage at this venue. We don’t store pallets – these need to be taken away when delivery.
