About this space

The walls are white with sections of a light, brick-like texture. There are white pillars spaced throughout the room. A section of the wall is paneled in dark, horizontal wood slats.

We can offer tables and chairs on a first come basis.

Unfortunately we do not allow bouncy castles, or entertainment that involves fire or water.

Host rules

OVERTIME
Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.

CLEANING / DAMAGES
Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time into your booking hours.

Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the client.

FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.

MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed. We also do not allow bouncy castles, helium balloons, or water. Music must be off by 11pm

Huge thank you to Catherine for the support throughout the whole process. From the beginning, communication was smooth, welcoming, and professional. The hall was beautiful, clean, and in amazing condition. What I appreciated most was feeling supported without feeling overwhelmed. Anytime I needed information or help, they were there immediately, while still giving us the space to create and enjoy the experience comfortably. Really happy with the venue and genuinely grateful for the experience. ✨

I was very satisfied with everything at CAS halls. They provided enough table and chairs and the space was perfect. Staff were helpful and accessible throughout the event. Would definitely recommend for kids parties, or any other events.
