Main Studio at The Oak House Studio & Therapies
About this space
Housed in a beautifully converted church hall dating back to 1869, with 105 square meters of open space, it comfortably accommodates up to 25 guests for group Yoga and Pilates classes, workshops, retreats and up to 100 guests for corporate events.
The studio is equipped with 20 sets of mats, bricks, blocks, bolsters, blankets, straps, and eye masks and 9 reformer Pilates beds.
You'll have exclusive access to two treatment rooms, a kitchen, and toilet facilities.

Prices
Our partnership model is designed to ensure mutual benefit without the worry a fixed fee. By working together, we share the opportunity and challenge that comes with an event's performance, whether it sells out or underperforms. We operate on a profit-sharing basis, with a 60/40 split (60% to you). As part of this partnership, we actively support your event by promoting it within our studio, on our website & newsletters, and across our social media channels. We’ll also collaborate with Hatfield House and ask them to advertise on their platforms for greater visibility.
Flat Rate Hire:
If you prefer a more traditional arrangement, we offer flat-rate pricing: £75 per hour + VAT for the Main Studio.

Donkey Store Studio
The Donkey store is a more intimate space with a waiting room and studio, the main WC's being located opposite the studio entrance. The Donkey Store doesn't have a kitchen.
