We recently used this venue for a birthday celebration and overall had a great experience. The space is spacious, clean and aesthetically pleasing, which made it perfect for a stylish event. The toilets were well maintained throughout, something our guests definitely noticed and appreciated. The venue is well equipped with everything you need for a party including electrical points, lighting options, DJ setup capability and aux connections. There is also convenient space for offloading, which made setup much smoother. In terms of value, the price felt fair for exclusive use of the entire venue. We paid just over £1.3k and felt it was worth it for the flexibility of the space. A special mention to the lady who showed us around initially, she was warm, helpful and really set a positive tone from the start. Overall, we had a fantastic event and our guests really enjoyed the space. We had a waffle cart which worked well within the setup and added a nice touch. Knowing what we know now, we would simply tailor our event to better suit the venue’s limitations. Overall, it is a great venue with strong potential, just worth planning carefully around the kitchen facilities and management experience on the day.
Negatives Unfortunately, our experience with the duty manager Remi on the day was not as positive. The interaction felt quite cold and there was a lack of warmth, flexibility or willingness to offer alternatives when needed. This contrasted with the second manager we met during the viewing, who was much more accommodating. The venue also has a strict end time of 10pm. We understand this is due to the residential area, but it would have been nice to have the option to extend slightly. The kitchen space is quite limited and not suitable for commercial cooking or hot food preparation. If you are planning a hot buffet, this may not be the best option unless your equipment is fully electric such as electric bain maries. In hindsight, the additional kitchen fee did not feel necessary for what was provided.

We had our daughter’s 1st birthday party here on Sunday and it was the perfect space for this! Grace was very responsive and lovely whenever I had a question during the planning process. Our duty manager, Menekse, was also very sweet and accommodating during the party! Highly recommend this venue, at a very reasonable price!
Parking was a little bit tricky, tables and chairs could use an upgrade but otherwise very functional!

We hosted a fashion show here and it was incredible! Had plenty of room to get models ready and to set up. Supply of chairs and tables was perfect! Will be booking again!
