The room + the amenities + the location.

- Every visitor found it difficult to find the buildinhg. - The reception staff were rude and unhelpful. - We were unable to use the big screen as the HDMI and connection instructions were not working. - There was no one on the 8th floor that we could speak with - It was an overall poor experience considering the cost
