There is also a reception meet-and-greet to ensure your guests feel welcome.

No smoking inside the building, there are smoking areas outside.
External catering is permitted. In doing so, you take full responsibility. A surcharge of £3 per head will be applied.

Catherine is a very nice and helpful receptionist. The venue was much better than expected. Easy to arrange and the staff was very helpful. Everything went nice and smoothly. I must recommend this venue to everyone. Plus extremely good value for the price we paid

About FMB Meeting Rooms
The Federation of Master Builders resides in a Grade II Georgian townhouse on London's last privately-owned street, Ely Street opposite St Etheldreda's, the oldest Catholic Church (1250) in London.
We offer three fully equipped and air-conditioned meeting rooms that you can use to train, teach, coach, lecture, or even interview! We can also provide catering and our prices are incredibly competitive for this central London location.
We are located just a stone's throw from the City and have excellent transport links with Chancery Lane (Central Line) and Farringdon (Elizabeth, Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan Lines, and National Rail) less than 5 minutes walk away.
