About this space

Sometimes you need more room to think. Our two meeting rooms, Dr. Seuss and Dr. Strangelove, connect via a folding wall, creating one larger space that comfortably holds up to 20 people. Get the best of both worlds: garden views and greenery from Dr. Seuss, plus the urban energy of Waterloo Station from Dr. Strangelove.

When the weather's good, take your meeting outside. Our garden has tables where you can continue discussions over lunch or use as a breakout space, with views across to St Thomas' Hospital.

Perfect for bigger workshops, team away days, or when you need breakout spaces that can come together for key moments.
You'll have access to projectors, whiteboards, a portable smart TV, and speakers across both rooms. Unlimited teas and coffees available for an additional £3 per head. No catering is provided, but you can bring your own or order in. Our kitchen and amenities (microwave, fridge, cutlery, crockery) are yours to use.

We're a shared workspace, so a little consideration goes a long way:

Tidy as you go: Pop used mugs and glasses in the dishwasher, wipe down surfaces, and leave the space as you found it.

Put things back: If you've moved furniture or used any equipment, return it to where you found it.

Respect the community: Keep noise levels reasonable. Other members may be working in the building.

No smoking: This includes vaping, inside or in the garden.

Food and drink: You're welcome to bring your own or order in. Just clean up afterwards and use the bins provided.

Security: Don't prop doors open or let anyone in who isn't part of your booking. Keep valuables with you.

End on time: Please wrap up and vacate the space promptly at the end of your booking so we can prep for the next group.

Convenient location and the room was just right for our needs and numbers. Fair price and very easy to arrange.
It would be helpful if there could be some sign in front of the building pointing to the entrance.
