Dockside Vaults is a subterranean event venue defined by an expansive, linear open-plan layout that runs through a sequence of connected bays.
Design: Exposed brick vaults and cast-iron columns form a tunnel-like interior punctuated by side booths and a neutral paved floor. LED uplighting and tiled skirtings add colour accents against the masonry.
Features: A built-in PA system and speakers are available, and the space permits external DJs or guests to play their own music. Wi‑Fi and air conditioning are provided throughout. Accessible toilets, wheelchair access and a step‑free guest entrance are included.
Ideal for: The venue suits larger standing receptions and gallery-style, flow-based gatherings that favour informal circulation and social interaction.
What guests say: The venue has professional, attentive staff and generally clean, secure facilities. The space can feel cold and occasionally has a musty basement smell, and access for some visitors depends on a stairlift rather than a passenger lift.

We welcome decorations to enhance your event experience. Please consult with our event coordinator beforehand to ensure they meet safety regulations and do not cause any damage to the venue.
Cloakroom items will be held for a period of 30 days. After this time, unclaimed items will be donated to charity.
As we are located in a residential area, any loud behavior outside the venue will not be tolerated. We ask all guests to respect our neighbors and maintain a peaceful environment when approaching and leaving.
We have a designated smoking area that accommodates up to 10 people at a time, outside the venue. Please be mindful of others when using this area.
Unfortunately, we do not have on-site parking available. We recommend checking local parking options and public transportation when planning your visit.
To maintain our high standards of service, outside food and beverages are not permitted. However, exceptions can be made for special dietary needs or specific events. Please contact our event coordinator for further details.
