Unacceptable Sound Pollution: Despite our event starting at 19:00, the ongoing event in the garden and a loud music and dance party in the adjacent room caused unbearable noise disruption. These events were not soundproofed and significantly interfered with our program. This kind of oversight is unacceptable for a venue that hosts multiple events at the same time. Performer Almost Withdrew: Our main act was unable to hear himself during the performance due to loud bass and music from the neighbouring event. At one point, he nearly walked off stage. I had to manage multiple complaints from guests who couldn’t hear, and the atmosphere was completely ruined.
