About this space
Our studio offers a spacious environment complete with an infinity cove available for hire.
Our advanced lighting setup can replicate daylight and create stylized looks using a mobile app. If desired, we can customize the cove by painting it in blue or green and even apply tracking markers.
For your convenience, we also provide a wide array of amenities such as lighting equipment, blackout blinds, backdrops in white, green, and blue, tables, chairs, a wardrobe rack, video equipment, a green screen, WiFi access, a steamer, and a sink.
Moreover, our studio boasts natural light, a kitchen, a dressing room, street-level access, skylights, and convenient proximity to public transportation.
Prices
Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable.

Host rules
General Rules:
-No smoking in the building.
-Any catering must be completely removed at the end of the booking.
-Loud music is fine until 5pm, then the volume must be lowered.
-Anybody who requires access that is not on a call-sheet or other related document will need to be accounted for by a member of production and may need to provide ID.
-Haxan's private equipment is not to be used unless booked and supervised by Haxan staff.
-Repainting of scuffs/stains to the Infinity Cove will be charged to the client if necessary.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
Client-facing Video & Photo Studio is a Tagvenue Partner. This business has registered with Tagvenue and agreed to our venue partner standards.
