Dropouts - For any guests unable to make the booking with less than 48 hours’ notice you will be charged a £20 per person fee. Should you have a guest drop out on the day you will be charged the full amount of their pre order.
Alterations - Any changes to your pre order will need to be made 48 hours in advance of the booking otherwise a £10 fee per change will be added to the final bill.

We held our wedding reception at the Royal Oak after getting married at Old Marylebone Town Hall and have nothing but praise for the team who made our day so special. From our initial meeting with Andy, booking the upstairs dining room and leading up to the event, communication was excellent throughout The space was perfect for our 24 guests and being able to decorate the tables allowed us to personalise the room. Tom was especially helpful in setting up the music and framed mirror TV screen for the speeches. On the day of our wedding the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our guests loved the food, and the service provided by Ella from the start of the meal to the end of the evening was absolutely exceptional. We are so pleased we chose the Royal Oak to host our reception and would definitely recommend the venue to anyone considering it for their wedding celebration.
