Shiro is a Japanese restaurant and bar that has arrived at Liverpool Street’s Broadgate Circle, offering all-day dining.

With roots in Hong Kong, where Shiro is a beloved favorite, our cuisine draws inspiration from Tokyo's culinary hubs like Ginza, Shinjuku, and Shibuya. We blend contemporary flavors with authentic Japanese traditions, bringing the essence of Japan to the heart of the City of London.

Our menu features innovative dishes like Crystal Sushi, crafted by our chefs to enhance the flavors of traditional sushi, alongside delicious ramen made from a 50-year-old family recipe. We are also one of the few places in London to serve authentic edomae sushi, staying true to the classic techniques.

At Shiro, we pride ourselves on creating memorable experiences for all types of events. Whether you’re planning an intimate gathering or a large celebration, our venue provides the perfect ambiance. You can exclusively hire the space for events accommodating up to 150 guests standing or 50 seated.
