This venue was excellent, clean and accommodating to our event. Victor was exceptionally attentive and kept the room stocked of food and drinks and everybody had brilliant words to say about him.
Nothing was an absolutely perfect venue and service provided.

Location and the look of the venue.
Didn't suit that well for our event due to the layout on the ground floor. Lower basement room would have been perfect.

I was looking for a venue to celebrate my brother’s 21st birthday very last minute, and Ann at The Chamberlain Hotel reached out via Tagvenue to confirm they had availability in their Chambers Room.
From start to finish, Ann was great with communication and providing all the relevant information. She was quick to respond to any queries and very accommodating to all our requests.
The venue is a great space, the food and drinks were lovely, and the customer service was excellent.
On the night of the celebration, we were looked after by Nicky, Tajah and a few others whose names I unfortunately can’t remember. Again, the service throughout the whole evening was excellent, and the team made sure everything ran smoothly.
If you’re looking for a venue in the city, I couldn’t recommend this space highly enough!
Once again, a massive thank you to Ann, Nicky and Tajah. Your service was truly exceptional and really helped make my brother’s 21st birthday a special one.
