Client Obligations:
The client assumes responsibility for any loss or damage to the studio, equipment, or property during the rental period.
The client must secure appropriate insurance coverage, including theft, accidents, personal injury, and liability.
All materials used for sets or any waste must be promptly removed by the client at the end of the rental period; otherwise, additional charges may apply.
Studio Regulations:
No changes, decorations, or additions to the studio are allowed without obtaining consent.
The studio must be returned in the same condition as it was at the beginning of the rental period.
Noise levels should be kept at a reasonable level to consider other occupants and neighbours.
Animals, with the exception of guide dogs, are not permitted without prior agreement.
Smoking and any illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
Minors under the age of 16 must always be accompanied by a guardian, and their presence and participation in any filming or photography must be authorized by their parents or guardians.
The studio is equipped with surveillance cameras for safety and security purposes.
Equipment and Liability:
All equipment and services are provided to the client at their own risk.
Cult Studio is not responsible for any loss or damage to materials, props, or equipment entrusted to them, regardless of the cause.
The client is liable for any loss or damage caused by their use of the equipment or studio or by anyone working on their behalf.
Equipment must be inspected for condition acceptability upon supply, and any issues should be reported immediately.
Cult Studio is not responsible for transport costs or any loss or damage associated with equipment use.
Additional Terms:
Additional services, equipment, staff, or changes to the booking will be billed to and paid for by the client.
Additional charges may apply if the studio or equipment is returned in a damaged condition.
Security deposits may be required for equipment or materials.
