Security Deposit
A security deposit of £200 must be taken on all bookings (in addition to the hire price) in cash or by debit card only. This will be refunded if no damage has been caused to the property.
Alcohol & Tobacco
The use of alcohol, tobacco and vaping is strictly prohibited at this location including on any area of our courtyard, any infraction of this stipulation will automatically result in the loss of the security deposit.

A third extension, dating back over 50 years, adds a touch of mid century modern allure. It features a Small Event Space, two well-appointed Meeting Rooms, a fully functional Conference Room, and a semi-private outdoor Courtyard—perfect for intimate gatherings. The Rock Event Space can provide a truly exceptional canvas for your event. Profits generated from venue rentals will directly support the preservation of The Rock Event Space's historic landmark property.
