Security Deposit
A security deposit of £200 must be taken on all bookings (in addition to the hire price) in cash or by debit card only. This will be refunded if no damage has been caused to the property.
Alcohol & Tobacco
The use of alcohol, tobacco and vaping is strictly prohibited at this location including on any area of our courtyard, any infraction of this stipulation will automatically result in the loss of the security deposit.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
