A £100 refundable security deposit is payable in advance to confirm the booking. This will be returned in full subject to the room being left in a clean and tidy condition
This room is upstairs, with no lift access.
Standard 60 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 60 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price.
Guests may cancel their Booking between 60 days and 30 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
Cancellations submitted less than 30 days before the event start time are not refundable.

We don't permit cooking in our kitchen area as its used by other groups. We often hire out more than one room at a time, so the kitchen can only be used for water and washing up

Perfect location for any small event. Venue manager made the booking process very easy. I had no issues whatsoever. I will definitely book again.
If you hire the chapel room, prepare to walk up 2/3 floors of stairs, as it’s right at the top of the building and there are no lifts. Room can get very warm - I would recommend installing an AC, wall fans are not effective enough on a hot summers day
I like the venue and the location. not too far from the bus stop, my guests located it pretty easily. The surroundings and kitchen was neat. There was another group there at the time i had my event but we could hardly hear them.
There is no lift access in the property and having held my event on the second floor, it was a great hustle to send food, water, drinks upstairs. The decoration team complained bitterly about this issue.
The feedback from the guests is that they had no problem with the facilities. The room served it's purpose for holding a network meeting of people. My main point though is that the staff were great on the day. They were really useful and helpful in guiding people to the room and helping refill and bring up the hot water canisters. They were really friendly as well which we all thought and agreed on. In terms of myself arranging the booking of the venue the staff were again incredibly useful and made the process really clear and straight forward. Everything I had requested was there on the day. About 4 weeks prior I needed to alter my booking to add another hour to the hiring, which they had no problem with and were able to do it straight away with no problem. The cost of the venue to hire is also good for value, considering how great the staff were and the venue was easy to find from the train station. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will consider hiring again in the future if another of these network meetings are held in London.
space was great , amount of chairs and tables were perfect
room is rather cluttered seeing as there are other objects in the room that cannot be removed such as the pool and table tennis table
