- Outside catering is allowed; providers must have public liability insurance
- Bin bags not provided
- All equipment brought in must be PAT tested in advance
- Nothing can be stuck to the walls, e.g. with tape, glue or blu-tack
- No helium balloons permitted
- The space must be cleared by the agreed finishing time
