About this space

We recommend hiring the First Floor of The Ri. This includes The Theatre, Ante Room, Demonstration Room, Library, Writing Room and Georgian Room.

The Ri combines historic and contemporary spaces with over 200 years of scientific heritage. We are the leading independent charity dedicated to connecting as many people as possible with the world of science.

All profits generated from venue hire are donated back to the charity. You are supporting our mission to inspire people to think more deeply about science and the role it has in our lives.

Our Faraday DDR package is based on a minimum of 200 guests and includes -

- Exclusive hire of the first floor rooms (Theatre, Library, Georgian Room, Demonstration Room & Writing Room) from 9.00am - 5.00pm
- Arrival coffee, tea, orange juice, pastries and croissants
- Mid-morning coffee, tea and biscuits
- Buffet lunch including 2 hot dishes, 2 salads, fruit or miniature desserts Or 4 bowl food
- Juices with lunch
- Mid-afternoon coffee, tea and biscuits

- Full AV equipment and set up
