Studio 1 is a large, classic white-walled studio featuring a full-length dance mirror, abundant natural light, and newly renovated sprung flooring throughout. This versatile space is perfect for workshops, training sessions, castings, auditions, rehearsals, away days, meetings and so much more It offers direct access to our private outdoor courtyard and separate Green Room as a breakout space for lunch and relaxation for added convenience.

**Clean Break is closed over summer 2023 whilst we undergo building improvements.
Availability is from 25th September 2023, through to March 2024.**

Clean Break is a dry building, please do not bring alcohol or alcohol containing products (e.g., hand sanitizer) to our property.
Outside catering is allowed, please speak to us beforehand for recommendation of local cafes and companies we recommend.
We are in a mixed-use area, with residential properties on two sides - please be respectful of our neighbours and keep noise in the courtyard to a minimum and a respectful level when inside the building.

Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
