THE HEATH² is a three-level, exclusive photo, film, gallery, and event studio nestled within a private gated plaza — just minutes from the new East Bank development and Hackney Wick Overground Station.
Flooded with natural light, our first-floor daylight studio is one of the brightest in East London. A large skylight fills the space with even, diffused light — ideal for capturing striking visuals and hosting immersive experiences.
We regularly welcome leading productions across art, photography, fashion, film, and commercial industries. Our canal-side location also houses a full-service photo production team. Beyond production, THE HEATH² doubles as a curated gallery and intimate event venue, perfect for exhibitions, launches, panels, and private gatherings.
Each of the three levels can function independently or cohesively, making the space ideal for multi-set productions or multi-purpose events. The daylight floor features a light grey painted wooden surface, while the ground floor showcases a new concrete finish and a seamless infinity wall adjoining a fully equipped kitchen.
Overlooking the main studio, the mezzanine is often used for beauty, styling, or as a green room — but it can also be transformed into a private viewing deck, elevated set, or additional compact studio.
All areas are modular, equipped with high-power electricity, and feature blackout capabilities via theatre-style blinds — echoing the timeless atmosphere of a 19th-century studio.

Host rules
- No alterations, decorations or additions to the Studio are permitted without the consent of any partner of The Heath Studio
- Noise levels must be kept to a reasonable level during Studio hire bookings. Clients are asked to consider other occupants and neighbour residents when using the Studio.
- No animals are allowed in the building (except guide dogs) unless otherwise agreed with The Heath Studio.
- No smoking (including vaping and e-cigarettes) is permitted inside the Studios or throughout the building.
- Smoke and Haze machines can only be used when this is agreed with The Heath Studio in advance.
- No illegal activities are accepted and anyone not compliant will be asked to leave and/or police will be called.
