Our minimalist sanctuary in Royal Docks is full of natural light, made for movement, stillness, and everything in between. It features warm cork flooring and an open layout with a simple design that is perfect for yoga, breathwork, meditation, energy healing, women’s circles, and workshops.

Host rules
- In case of fire in the space, please immediately evacuate all your guests, ensuring to check the entire space, including the toilets. Cross the street and call 999, stating “FIRE at 4 HOY STREET.” If it’s safe, use the fire extinguishers to tackle the fire, taking care of yourself first of all.
- Turn off all lighting and electrical equipment when leaving the space
- Do not move fire extinguishers, plants, furniture, wall art or remove anything from the premises
- Do not cover the fire alarm
- Do not obstruct the front door emergency exit
- Please use the space during the booking times only. Any extra time will be charged at our regular rate and may affect your future bookings
- No shoes in the main space, both downstairs and upstairs. Leave all shoes downstairs on a green mat
- Please use the space only for the purpose stated on the form and agreed upon with us
- Please separate your waste by using the recycling and general waste bins provided
- Mats are anti-microbial and anti-bacterial, and yet they like cleaning. Clean only using a clean cloth and cold water, and letth mats dry before rolling them up. Mats are rolled with cork side up
- No alcohol or drugs are allowed. If used, the penalty will be charged and no future bookings will be accepted
- Incense and candles must be blown out at the end of your session. No candles, incense, or smudge sticks should be left unattended, dispose any leftovers of incense sticks
- Please put mats, blocks, bolsters, or any other equipment back on the shelf at the end of the event. Any extra time for returning the space to its original state will be invoiced as per the cleaner’s hourly rate
- Do not pin or nail anything into any of the walls
- We are un-staffed. You are responsible for leaving the space in the same state you found it. Please let us know immediately
- We welcome food inside the studio, please be mindful and protect the floor/walls/furniture
- When renting this venue, you understand and agree to the space rules

Our venue is an open-plan wellness loft found in Royal Docks, perfect for movement, mindfulness, magic, and made for meetings, celebrations, photoshoots, yoga, dance, sound healing, workshops, women’s circles, private sessions, and conscious business meetups.
The spacious layout features a large central area for group gatherings, with cozy corners for journaling, sharing cacao, or creating breakout moments. It also features cork flooring for grounding movement, natural sunlight all day, and lighting for evening rituals, a Bluetooth speaker, yoga props, and essential oil diffusers.
