The studio has a double-height interior and floor-to-ceiling windows that deliver abundant, even daylight across a smooth concrete floor; exposed steel beams and neutral walls form a low-clutter backdrop.
Room features: A PA system and in-room speakers enable playback and guided audio for sessions, and on-site Wi‑Fi supports live streaming and rapid file transfers; step-free access and a wheelchair-accessible layout simplify crew movement and kit handling.
Best for: Yoga and movement classes, breathwork and wellness workshops, plus instructional and lifestyle filming of practice-led sessions.
What sets it apart: A mezzanine level provides elevated vantage points for camera positions and director sightlines during shoots.

FIRE SAFETY
In case of fire: evacuate immediately and check all rooms including toilets. Cross the street and call 999 – state: “Fire at 4 Hoy Street.”
If safe, use extinguishers. Prioritise your safety.
Turn off all lights & electrics before leaving.
Do not move plants or extinguishers.
Do not cover alarms or block emergency exits.
SPACE RULES
Use the space only during booked hours. Extra time will be charged.
No shoes in practice areas (up/downstairs). Leave them on the green mat.
Use the space for agreed purpose only.
Separate recycling & general waste.
Clean mats with cloth + cold water only. Cork side rolled out to dry.
No alcohol or drugs. Violation = penalty + no future bookings.
Incense/electric candles allowed but never leave unattended. Extinguish fully.
Put all props back. Start dishwasher if using crockery.
Do not move furniture, plants or art. Do not stick/nail anything to walls.
We are unstaffed. Leave the space as found. Report anything unusual on arrival.
FOOD & CROCKERY
Using mezzanine room: leave dishes in upstairs dishwasher.
Using downstairs space: bring used dishes upstairs to dishwasher.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Full payment required to secure booking. Cancel up to 1 month prior for refund. After that: non-refundable + non-changeable.
DAMAGE & LIABILITY
Respect the space and items. You are liable for any damage or missing items.
You will be invoiced for repair/replacement. This includes furniture, props, mirrors, plants, etc.
Use all equipment as intended.
Avoid food/drinks (except water) in main space. Spills requiring deep clean = invoice.
We’re not responsible for lost or left items. Lock doors during sessions.
STUDIO RIGHT TO CANCEL
We reserve the right to amend or cancel bookings in rare cases (e.g. emergencies, maintenance, scheduling errors). We’ll give as much notice as possible and offer alternatives or refund if no solution is found.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
