Space was as advertised and provision of snacks was good.
Signage was requested and provided but not used, and signage put out was spelled incorrectly. Coffee machine not in operation, so trying to get drip coffee sorted during breaks took ages, and when it did arrive the machine had not been cleaned and coffee was dreadful. Unless the door was locked, we were constantly interrupted with the door opening as people were going to the toilet. When we returned for the second day, the room had empty cans and rubbish (not ours) around the room.

Eva was absolutely fantastic from our first engagement until the last. The facilities provided were fantastic and met the needs of the day beautifully. Her response time was second to none and nothing we asked for was too much. The complimentary upgrade provided due to the meeting type was a special touch and I have recommended this venue to my company for future meetings.
