About this space

Studio 2 is a spacious area of 500 square feet, featuring sturdy concrete floors and a consistent ceiling height of 4.6 meters. The studio benefits from abundant natural light through its east-facing windows, and for precise lighting control, blackout curtains are available.

To facilitate hair and makeup preparations, a dedicated table is provided, along with a clothes rail equipped with 100 hangers. For those requiring a Propress steamer, it can be rented at a daily rate of £45. Guests have access to a separate kitchenette and a shower on the floor, ensuring convenience and comfort during their visit.

The studio is equipped with multiple 13-amp outlets to accommodate various electrical needs. A Digi Trolley is also available for easy transport of digital equipment. Complimentary coffee, tea, and oat milk are provided to keep guests refreshed.

Additional features include a large goods lift measuring 3.2 meters by 3.2 meters for efficient equipment movement, as well as a passenger lift for easy access to the studio floor. A meeting room is available for booking at an additional cost of £10 per hour.

The studio provides a ladder, 5 polyboards, 10 polystands, 10 sandbags, 3 trestle tables, and 5 folding chairs, offering flexibility and support for various shooting or event needs.

Studio opening hours are 9am to 6pm with 30min grace period for packdown. Overtime is charged £75 + VAT. Generally we can accommodate one hour overtime without prior agreement, anything surpassing this should be raised prior to rental or as early as possible. We reserve the right not to provide overtime.

About Studio Monde

Situated on the fourth floor of an impressive former government archives building we’ve created a 1800sq foot purpose built photography studio and creative space.

With 4.6m ceiling height throughout, excellent natural light from east facing windows and full blackout option. Studio 1 equipped with 5.5m x 5.5m floor to ceiling cove and dedicated beauty and styling area. Studios 1 & 2 can be rented as individual studios or as a single unit.

Adjoined by a sliding door the two spaces together are designed to accommodate productions that require a private styling, client or fitting area or wish to have multiple shoot spaces working alongside each other.
